Suspected killer cop Caroline Kangogo died of a single gunshot wound to the head, an autopsy conducted on Tuesday has revealed.
Speaking after conducting the autopsy at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary in Eldoret Chief Government Pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor said Kangogo did not have any other injury part from the bullet wound to the head.
Dr. Oduor further said a probe will be conducted on samples collected from the deceased body to determine if she died at the scene.
Kangogo's body had been moved from the Iten County Referral Hospital mortuary to the MTRH mortuary in Eldoret for the autopsy on Tuesday morning.
The burial of corporal Kangogo was initially set to take place last Saturday but was postponed due to the absence of the pathologist.
Kangogo is the main suspect in the murder of Police Constable John Ongweno in Nakuru and Peter Ndwiga in Juja.
The lifeless body of Kangogo was found at her parent's bathroom in Anin, Elgeyo Marakwet, 10 days after she went missing following the deaths of two men she is accused of killing.
