Football Kenya Federation ( FKF) Premier League side Zoo FC will appeal against the decision to expel them from the top tier league.
According to the club, they will pursue all the available legal avenues to ensure the decision by FIFA to relegate them to Division one is overturned
On Tuesday, the World football governing body FIFA expelled the Kericho- based-side over match-fixing, but the club has maintained its innocent.
" We have prepared our appeal to the FIFA Appeals Committee under art 56 FIFA Disciplinary Code, we are confident our appeal will be successful, "
According to Zoo FC,the decision was taken on ' misguided information' and that they will be seeking a stay order in order to continue featuring in the premier league.
