Former Hamburg Marathon bronze medalist Jacob Kendagor has been handed a four-year ban by the Athletics Integrity- Unit.
Kendagor 36, was banned for whereabouts failure.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport ( CAS) overturned a decision by the Disciplinary Tribunal in October 2019 that sought to dismiss charges against the athlete.
Kendagor has been ordered to pay $1,000 for legal fees and expenses incurred in the case and forfeit any medals and prizes obtained between November 21,2018 and October 22,2019.
