Tokyo Olympics: Kenya lose steeplechase title for the first time in 4 decades

Moroccan Soufiane El Bakkali on Monday ended Kenya's dominance in the 3000 meters steeplechase at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

El Bakalli sprinted past Ethiopia's Lamecha Girma with 200 meters remaining to bag the Gold Medal as Kenya's Benjamin Kigen games distant third to settle for Bronze.
