Arsenal and Egypt midfielder Mohammed Elneny has tested positive for Covid-19 while on international duty according to Egyptian Football Association.
The 28-year-old is however not showing any symptoms but tested positive on arrival in Togo for Egypt's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Tuesday.
The Premier league has announced 16 positive results from League players and club staff tested for the virus between 9th and 15th November.
Teammate Mohammed Salah had earlier tested positive for Covid-19 on Friday and is set to miss international duties.
Elneny has returned to Cairo for another test and is set to miss Arsenal's Premier League game at Leeds on Sunday and a Europa League fixture against Molde if he tests positive again.
