Tusker FC are the 2020/21 Football Kenya Federation premier league champion.
The brewers beat Bidco United 2-1 to take their points tally to 65, three points ahead of second-placed Bankers who thrashed Nairobi Stars 3-0 as 2020/21 season ended on Sunday .
Rodgers Aloro put the brewer's ahead in the 23rd minute before Henry Meja added a second one in the 33rd minute.
Bidco United's consolation goal came from Orem.
Bandari finished third after thrushing Wazito FC 2-0 at Mbaraki grounds in Mombasa.
Outgoing champions Gor Mahia came in seventh with 45 points.
Western Stima were relegated with Vihiga United who came second last set for promotion /relegation playoff against the third-placed team in the National Super League.
At Utalii grounds, where Tusker was facing BIdco, celebration broke out minutes before the final whistle with FKF President Nick Mwendwa and several federation officials moving in to hand the league leaders the new FKF-PL trophy which was recently shipped to the country.
Tusker will now represent Kenya in the Confederation of African Football ( CAF).
