Kenya has recorded 334 new Covid-19 cases from 4,155 tests conducted, pushing the country's cumulative numbers to 164,720.
However, the positivity rate has dropped to 8% from Wednesday's 10.8%.
From the new cases, 329 are Kenyans while 5 are foreigners and 206 are male while 128 are female.
The oldest case is 104 years old while the youngest is a 28 day-old-infant.
Total recoveries now stand at 113,248 as 124 individuals recovered from the disease over the last 24 hours. From the new recoveries, 39 from various health facilities countrywide while 85 from home-based and isolation care.
Sadly, 18 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, pushing the cumulative fatalities to 2,968.
1,021 patients are admitted to various health facilities in the country, 4,840 are on home-based isolation and care.
117 patients are in the intensive care unit 23 of whom are on ventilatory support, 74 patients are on supplemental oxygen and 23 patients are under observation.
Another 92 patients are separately on supplemental oxygen with 87 in general wards and five in High Dependency Units (HDU).
930,460 individuals have been vaccinated against the virus so far.
