Motorist across the country will have to dig deeper into their pocket to fill their vehicle this is after the petrol price jump by Ksh 7.63 per litre.
This now means a litre of the commodity will go for Ksh 122 per litre
Diesel and Kerosene prices have also risen by Ksh 5.75 and 5.41 per litre respectively in the latest review by the Energy Petroleum and Regulatory Authority( EPRA)
EPRA has attributed the surge in prices to a rise in the international price as oil demand continues to recover from the depth of depression last year.
A litre of petrol in Nairobi now goes for Ksh 122.81 per litre while diesel and Kerosene will go for Ksh 107.6 per litre and 97.58 per litre respectively.
In Mombasa, petrol will retail for Ksh 120.41 per litre
