Police in Kisii County have arrested Moses Nyandusi Nyakeremba, the United Democratic Alliance ( UDA) party candidate for Kiamokama ward mini-poll in Kisii County.
The individuals were allegedly arrested for voter bribery at Moremani center.
The Kiamokama seat fell vacant following the death of Kennedy Mainya in November last year.
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission ( IEBC) cleared at least 11 candidates for the by-election.
