Former Tetu MP Ndung'u Gethenji allegedly hit a security guard at Kihingo Village on Friday night.
Gethenji has been reported at Gigiri police station for the alleged assault that occurred in residential area.
Reportedly, the former MP has been in a long time dispute with the other shareholders .
In response to the allegations, Gethenji has been removed from the chairmanship of Kihingo Village Management Company.
Reportedly, Gethenji was annoyed that Securex was recently appointed to provide security to Kihingo Village instead of his preferred security company 911, which was blocked from entering the estate.
Together with his bodyguard, the former Tetu MP resorted to attacking a Kihingo guard called Godfrey, who asked the driver to lower the windows of his vehicle so that he could check that they were not smuggling in 911 guards.
The CCTV video of the gate shows the occurrences of that night as an irate Gethenji hit and kicked the Kihingo guard.
The injured guard was taken to MP Shah Hospital where his wound was dressed.
Although the incident has been reported to Gigiri police station, no action has been taken yet.
