Kenyan music producer Magix Enga has taken to his social media to announce that he will no longer be producing music as he believes that his life is in danger.
According to Enga, unknown armed men trailed him on Thursday, October 30, 2020
He wrote, “What’s happening is that I’ve just been trailed by a guy with a gun just now. I don’t understand who I have offended or where the problem is but life has gotten more serious than I thought."
He expressed his fear and urged his fans to pray for him.
Enga continued, "Pray for me I don’t know who’s following me. Five guys with guns during day time…. This happened to me last time- I thought it was a joke, but now this is serious."
He announced that he was quitting music production through a video he shared on Instagram.
In the video, Enga said, “I’m just a guy from Nakuru, I came to Nairobi with a bag and a t-shirt to look for means to make a living. But now I’m done with entertainment. I have stopped making music. No more Magix Enga on the beat because I'm really afraid of death, can’t die now."
He reminded his fans that his Facebook page
With 60k likes was hacked and advised them to not book fake sessions online.
Enga also said that he would make a good video about everything when calm and share it on his YouTube channel.
