IEBC upbeat Supreme Court will uphold Ruto's victory

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has expressed confidence that it will be successfully at the Supreme Court.

Speaking shortly after filing it's response to a petition filled by 8 petitioners, the commission led by commissioner Boya Molu said they followed the law to the latter and were upbeat that there was no violation of any procedures during the 2022 General Election. 

He said that the commission is ready to deliver any information that might be needed in the court.

 "We are very satisfied elections are a regulated process. We had followed all the law are confident there was no violation of any procedures, rules or regulations ," he said.
