Africa's fastest man Ferdinand Omanyala has yet again made history after he shattered his National Record in the 60 meters indoor race.
Omanyala clocked 6.57 seconds to finish fourth in a race that saw Olympic champion Jacobs Marcell clock 6.50 to win the Hauts-de-France- Pas-de-Calais in Lievin, France.
The 26-year-old had won his semi-final heat in 6.63 seconds.
Omanyala first broke the National Record on February this year when he won at Meeting Elite de Miramas in France clocking 6.63 to shatter a 17-year record held by Kenyan Paulvince Obuon.
Last week, the Tokyo Olympic semi-finalist made history after shedding 0.03 seconds from his previous record of 6.63 to set a new National Record at Meeting in Metz.
