Brazilian footballer Neymar said Sunday that the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar could be his last.
"I think it will be my last World Cup,” the 29-year-old told DAZN.
“I will play it like it is the last because I don’t know if I will still have the mental strength to put up with even more football.”
“I will do everything to get to the 2022 World Cup in great shape and will do everything to win for my country, to fulfill my biggest dream since I was little,” added the Paris Saint-Germain star.
Neymar who has featured for Brazil for more than 100 times in over 11 years is currently the country's second-highest scorer after Pele.
The PSG star has featured in both the 2010 and 2014 World Cup where Brazil reached the semi-finals and quarter-finals respectively.
Brazil are currently top in the South America log with 28 points from 10 games.
