The Teachers Service Commission has suspended Nakuru High School Principal Yator for charging extra fees between 2020 and 2021.
In a letter seen by The Latest dated September 1st and signed by Nakuru TSC director Fredrick Ng'ang'a, the school head is accused of contravening section 29 of the Basic Education Act by charging extra levies.
The Principal has 21 days to defend himself before the Commission's disciplinary team.
Mr. Yator has been directed to report to the commission's sub-county offices once a month, present evidence in support of the case and vacate office.
