Former Sports Cabinet Secretary Hassan Wario has been slapped with a Sh 3.6 million fine or serve six years in prison.
Wario was convicted by Mlimanu Law Court Magistrate Elizabeth Juma on Thursday.
His co-accused, Ex-National Olympic Committee of Kenya ( NOCK) official Stephen Soi has been fined 105 million or 12 years in prison if he defaults.
The two were found guilty of three and six charges respectively in connection with Sh 55 million Rio 2016 Olympic scandal.
