Kenya has recorded 89 new Covid-19 cases from 2,789 tests conducted, pushing the cumulative numbers to 165,465.
However, the positivity rate has dropped to 3.1 percent.
From the new cases, 84 are Kenyans while 2 are foreigners and 42 are male while 44 are female.
The oldest case is 96 years old and the youngest is a seven-month-old infant.
Total recoveries now stands at 113,612 as 123 individuals recovered from Covid-19 over the past 24 hours.
From the new recoveries, 65 were from various health facilities countrywide while 58 from home-based and isolation care.
Sadly, cumulative fatalities have risen to 3,003 as deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.
1,030 patients are admitted to various health facilities in the country while 4,815 are in home-based isolation and care.
From the 109 patients in the ICU, 22 are on ventilatory support, 70 on supplementary oxygen and 15 are on observation.
Another 81 patients are separately on supplemental oxygen with 76 in general wards and five in High Dependency Units (HDU).
