Orengo terms report on Mutula Jr ouster as fallacious and malicious

Senate Minority Leader James Orengo has dismissed a media report alleging that there is a plan to remove Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jnr as the Chief Minority Whip in the Senate.

Terming the report as “fallacious and malicious," 

Orengo said that the Minority in the Senate is fully confident in the leadership of Kilonzo, who is allied to the Wiper party.

According to the media report, the move by ODM's NASA coalition partners (Wiper, Ford-Kenya and ANC) to break away from the alliance would instigate plans by the party to remove Mutula as Senate Minority Whip. 

Orengo tweeted, “This is a fallacious and malicious story. The Minority in the senate have full confidence in the leadership of Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jnr as Chief Minority Whip.”
