Popular media personality and entrepreneur Betty Kyallo is set to make her long-awaited return to the screens as she is expected to make her second debut on KTN from March 7th, 2021.
According to a senior editor at Standard, over the past two months, the firm had been in talks with Betty and she had principally agreed to return.
Betty is said to have chosen KTN after turning down offers from a number of media houses, including the state broadcaster KBC.
In 2018, Betty left KTN for Mediamax-owned K24. However, she ended up leaving Mediamax in mid-2020 as the management engaged employees in a publicized and protracted battle over wage cuts due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
