Former Ndhiwa Member of Parliament, Zablon Owigo Olang' is dead.
Olang’ , a veteran Kanu member, died on Sunday at Carmilla Hospital in Nyatike, Migori County.
The former MP died at the hospital while receiving treatment.
He was elected MP in 1979 and served until 1984.
Migori Woman Representative Pamela Odhiambo mourned the late lawmaker as a great leader.
“He was a leader who stood by what was right. He contributed a lot in achieving the current democracy space that we enjoying,” she said.
