Leicester beat Wolves to go top

Jamie Vardy scored one of the two first half penalties to hand Leicester City a win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Consequently, Leicester rose to top of the PL table with 18 points.

Vardy converted a spot-kick following Kilman's handball handed by a VAR review in the 15th minute.

Vardy failed to double the lead when Rui Patricio saved his penalty before the break.

Wolves came close with Neto firing past Schmeichel who produced a fantastic save to deny Ruben Neves.

Wolves drop to eighth with 13 points after 8 games.
