A 70-years-old tea farmer from Getarwet Sub-location in Bureti constituency, Kericho County, is fighting for his life at Litein Mission Hospital after cchoppyg off his manhood.
According to Getarwet Sub-Location Assistant Chief Sylvester Sigei, the man took a kitchen knife and mutilated his manhood after his family accused him of cheating on his wife.
“The man was rushed to Litein hospital for reconstructive surgery,” said Mr Sigei
A source at the hospital said the procedure to reattach the hanging manhood lasted for three hours.
