Police in Nairobi are pursuing an unknown number of thieves who broke into Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji's residence in Riverside, Nairobi on Thursday night.
According the police, the unknown thugs gained entry into the premises through the main gate before making their way to the main house where they stole a 75-inch Samsung TV, a PlayStation 4, two apple and assorted shoes.
DPP Haji's house helps and his children, were said to be in the house at the time of the incident but none of them got wind of the situation.
Nairobi Regional Police Commander James Mugera who visited the scene and said they are in pursuit of the criminals.
“They broke into the house but it seems no one heard it. We are talking to all workers and security who were present for more information,” he told a local media outlet .
