SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauri wins Kasarani MP seat

Giant betting firm SportPesa chief executive Ronald Karauri has won the hotly contested Kasarani parliamentary seat race.

Karauri who was contesting as an independent candidate garnered 32,315 votes to trouncing his closet challenger John Njoroge who got 30,575.

The incumbent MP Mercy Gakuya came in a distant third with 24,967.
