Four IEBC commissioners have disputed the outcome of the results that has been announced by the electoral body Chairman Wafula Chebukati.
In a surprise press conference at Serena Hotel, the commissioners led by Juliana Cherera, Irene Masit, Francis Wanderi, Justus Nyang'aya disocciated themselves with the ownership of th results terming circumstances behind it's release was clouded by opaqueness.
"We are not at Bomas because we cannot take ownership of the results that are going to be announced," Ms Cherera said.
The commissioners address came at the backdrop of a confrontational clash between Mr Chebukati and Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance led by their chief agent Saitabao Kanchory who accused the chairman of denying them the opportunity to scrutinize the declaration form 34C.
" We cannot accept presidential results that have not been verified." Said Kanchory.
