Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has hit out at Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate William Ruto notifying him he is not interested in his job offer.
Speaking during Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance rally in Suswa, Narok County ,Kalonzo dismissed Ruto for his remarks during his tour of Ukambani region where he claimed the former Vice President was being taken for granted by Raila Odinga.
"Yesterday he angrily talked a lot about his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta telling him to leave him alone. Now I want to tell Ruto, please leave Kalonzo alone,"He said.
Kalonzo told the DP to focus on vote hunting and leave dragging his names into his campaigns asserting that he was satisfied working with Azimio and all he wants is for Kenyans to benefit as a whole, from the next government.
"Not just about Kalonzo benefitting . He has been saying that I was lied to, I was sidelined. Pilipili usiyo ila yakuwashia nini?"he posed.
DP Ruto has on several occasions during his tour of the lower eastern wooed Kalonzo to join his camp promising that he will give him a job if he wins the presidency on August 9.
"I know Kalonzo does not like me but it is not for any other reason, he has been deceived by that man (Raila), why can’t you allow me to save this man(Kalonzo)?” Ruto asked.
"This government we are going to form we will give him a job. He has suffered long enough," he added.
