A Nairobi Court has freed six police officers charged with the murder of the Kianjakoma brothers.
The cops were granted a bond of 3 million or an alternative of sh 300,000 bail.
Justice Daniel Ogembo has also barred the suspect from going to Kianjakoma where the murder of the two brothers took place.
They include; Benson Mbuthia, Nicholas Cheruiyot, Lilian Cherono, Consolata Kariuki, Martin Wanyama and James Mwaniki.
It's alleged that the two brothers Benson and Emmauel Ndwiga were arrested by police officer from Manyatta Police Station on August 1 for violating the dusk to dawn curfew regulation.
The officers had alleged that the two brothers jumped out of a moving land cruiser to escape being charged.
The officer pleaded not guilty to murdering the two brothers.
