Ugandan musician Joseph Mayanja popularly known as Jose Chameleone is critically ill and is currently receiving treatment at Nakasero hospital in Kampala.
Reports from several media outlet indicate that he is ailing from liver complications.
The Badilisha hitmaker had been discharged from Nsambya hospital where he was admitted after complaining of stomach pains.
Photos circulating on social media showed chameleone with a cannula on his left arm.
The 42-year old musician faces a new low with the illness as he recently lost in an attempt to be elected Kampala Lord Mayor.
