UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has officially tied the knot with his fiancee Carrie Symonds at a secret wedding ceremony held in Westminster Cathedral in London.
According to reports the ceremony took place on Saturday afternoon.
A spokesman for Downing Street told a British publication that the couple will celebrate again with friends and family next summer.
” Many congratulations to @ Boris Johnson and @ CarreiSymonds and big love to Wilf. So many weddings have been delayed and disrupted by COVID. Life is always better with love, " tweeted the UK Children's Minister Vick Ford.
The couple welcomed their first child in April 2020.
Johnson 56, has four children from his previous relationship with Marina Wheeler .
The two splitted in 2018 after 25 years of marriage, shortly after Johnson's relationship with 33-year-old Symond emerged.
