Nasty exchange as Churchill show comedian Prof Hamo exposed as a deadbeat dad

Churchill show comedian and Hot 96 FM morning show co-host Prof Hamo has found himself at the receiving end after being exposed as a deadbeat dad by the mother of his two children Stella Koitie better known as Jemutai.

Jemutai who is also a comedian at Churchill Show on Friday lifted the lid on her relationship with Prof Hamo after refuting repeatedly claims in the past that they were dating.

Speaking to controversial blogger Edgar Obare, Jemutai who was then anonymously seeking to sell her over 850K Facebook page in order to raise funds to pay bills and start a small business opened up on her struggle to raise her two kids, Jeremy and Kaylee after their father prof Hamo born Herman Gakobo Kago abandoned his parental duties.

In a series of voice notes, Jemutai claimed that Hamo's first abandoned her after she fell pregnant and she had to move to a single house in the Pipeline area in Nairobi.

" Imagine i had to move out and rent a house in Pipeline, at that time i was heavily pregnant and even didn't have a cooking gas so my neighbour had to chip in and cook for me all that time, "

Even as she had moved out to protect Prof Hamo's brand, she claimed the comedian never catered for her medical expenses after she delivered.

" My mum had to come and be with me at the hospital. I underwent a cercarian section and Hamo didn't even raise a shilling so my mum had to talk to a friend who gave her money to pay the bill, "

Two months after her delivery, Jemutai said she had to get back to the stage in order to provide for her baby and her mother who was helping her in babysitting.

She further claimed that Prof Hamo came when their baby was older and asked for forgiveness promising to provide for his child.

" After a while Prof Hamo came and asked my mum and me for forgiveness promising to be there for his child,  "

In 2019, Jemutai said they again started dating and she fell pregnant and her to take a break from comedy.

During this time, Prof Hamo had just landed a job at Hot 96 FM and she was helping him in research and building his brand by managing his social media handle and also writing for him jokes, even then he failed to support his family.

In a statement on Sunday, however, Prof Hamo dismissed the claims maintaining he was a ' present' dad.
