Uganda opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi better known as Bobi Wine has moved to the country's Supreme Court seeking to nullify the reelection of President Yoweri Museveni.
Addressing the press shortly after filing the petition, the National Unity Platform party leader said the evidence gathered by his party showed that electoral fraud resulted in Museveni's win.
"We want the court to nullify that election where Museveni was declared winner because he is an agent of violence," Wine Said
The NUP lead counsel Anthony Wameli exuded confidence in their petition saying " As a party we have n, ough evidence to succeed in this particular cause if all factors remain constant especially the independence of the judiciary,"
During the January polls, Museveni garnered 58.38 percent of the votes against Wine's 38.08 percent.
