Ziyech showcased a masterclass performance on his premier league debut, grabbing a goal and an assist.
Kurt Zouma scored Chelsea's second goal at the 63rd minute after a headed home corner from Mason Mount.
Meanwhile, Manchester City beat Sheffield United one-nil with Walker scoring City's first away goal.
Ashley Barnes had an open chance in the fifth minute but he shot it over.
Chelsea are now fourth with 12 points and still have an unbeaten record of five.- Burnley are bottom with one point.
