Kenyan singer and former NRG Radio presenter Tanasha Donna has explained why her performance at the Nai Fest which was scheduled for Saturday, November 7th was cancelled.
Tanasha took to her social media to indirectly express her dissatisfaction and disappointment when she stressed that promoters and organizers should respect artistes for their craft and not take them for granted.
"I believe it is really high time promoters & organizers stop taking artistes for granted & RESPECT THE CRAFT. We put in a lot of work, hard earned money and time in the craft & the brand," she wrote in a post that she later deleted.
However, she apologized to her fans for the cancellation of her performance since she was forced to do so by unforseen circumstances.
The singer encouraged them to stay tuned for her other shows.
Tanasha wrote, "Before I say anything else, I would like to first & foremost apologize to my fans for not being able to perform anymore at @the_nai_fest this Saturday. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my team & I had to cancel the show. To my fans & supporters, Rest assured,there will be many more to come."
