Fai to investigate video played to Ireland before clash against England

The Football Association of Ireland launched an internal investigation into a video message played at Wembley.

The governing body said, "The FAI is already looking into this internally as a matter of urgency, in order to establish the facts."

The Republic of Ireland lost last  Thursday's game in London before concluding their Nations League campaign this week.

It was reported that the video included some political content and was believed that the aim for it to be used as a motivational tool for Stephen Kenny's side.
