Sports Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohamed has failed to advance to the final round of the race to lead the World Trade Organization( WTO).
She and two others; Liam Fox ( United Kingdom) and Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri (Saudi Arabia) are reported to have failed to secure enough support
According to news reports, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala ( Nigeria) and Yoo Myung-hee ( South Korea) are now the only two candidates left in the final round.
The two finalists are set to be officially unveiled in Geneva.
The new WTO boss will be announced by December this year.
The latest development comes just two days after the European Union snubbed CS Mohammed to endorse Nigeria's Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.
