The management of KCB Advantage located at KenCom Centre confirmed the closure of the branch after a customer; South Sudanese Ambassador collapsed and died while being attended to at the banking facility.
Ambassador Michael Jook Nyang' who until his death was in a South Sudanese envoy to Eritrea died moments after visiting the facility.
The bank's customer service manager Lilian Njuguna who reported the incident to Central police station, urged customers to visit other branches or use paperless services.
"We encourage our customers to visit our other Advantage centres or use alternative banking touch points such as cash recyclers, ATMs, cash deposit machines, Mobi, KCB M-Pesa and Internet banking," she said.
