The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has officially changed dates for grade 4 and class 8 assessment which was set to test students abilities due to their long stay at home which was caused by the Covid 19 pandemic.
The assessment had been scheduled to start on Monday 19th October but kNEC has announced new dates .
The class 8 and grade 4 assessments will now be administed from Wednesday 21st October 2020 to monday 26th October 2020 this is due to celebration of MASHUJAA DAY on 20th October 2020 .
Teacher will score and upload the scores onto the KNEC portal using the guidelines provided by the examination body . The guidelines are contained in the administrative documents which will be uploaded onto the assessment portal alongside the assessment tools.
