Kenya's COVID-19 cases hit 41,546

Kenya has reported 388 more covid-19 cases on Sunday, raising it's total number of confirmed infections to 41,546.

In a statement to the press, Health CS Mutahi Kagwe said the new cases are from 4,287 samples tested in the last 24 hours, raising the cumulative test to 591,198.

At the same time, the number of recoveries rose to 31,000 after 63 patients recovered from the disease

Six patients however succumbed to the virus bringing the total number of fatalities to 766.
