Leeds United took the lead in the 55th minute after Patrick Bamford picked a loose ball and put it in the net.
Bamford converted Mateusz Klich's assist in the 67th minute to make it two.
Leeds controlled the second half and their aggression yielded a third goal in the 74th minute with Helder Costa getting a cross into the box for Bamford to complete his first PL hatrick.
Leeds are third in the league table with ten points, two less than Aston Villa's who are second.
