Immediate former Rift Valley Regional Commissioner George Natembeya has formally joined the newly formed Democratic Action Party of Kenya ( DAP-K).
Natembeya was received at the party's headquarters at Chui House, Nairobi on Thursday by party officials lead by Defence Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa.
Natembeya who has declared interest in the Trans Nzoia Gubernatorial Seat was accompanied by a host of leaders who include Trans Nzoia Woman Representative Janet Nangabo who has since joined the party after decamping from the Jubilee Party.
He resigned as the Regional Coordinator on January 12th after 25 years of civil service.
