KQ clinches top spot at Kenya E-commerce Awards


Kenya Airways has clinched the top spot in E-commerce Travel and Tourism category at this year's Kenya E-commerce Awards. 

The national carrier has continued to reinforce its digital strategy and approach to modernize and customize air travel experiences, thereby maintaining leadership in the industry. 

The enhanced booking experience, our revamped mobile application, the digitization of health and travel requirements through Trusted Travel and our chatbot service are among the available products and services that the airline has scaled. 

Launched in 2019, the Kenya E-commerce Awards is an annual awards ceremony that celebrates the best brands in Kenya's digital commerce and marketplaces space.

Through the awards, companies can maximize their marketing efforts. The awards advocate for the company's e-commerce platforms, engage the companies' audiences through nomination, voting and recognition, and offer a networking opportunity for companies as they are linked to key decision-makers for business.

KQ's recognition in these awards shows that the airline is committed to delivering world-class service through its efforts in building a seamless, navigable, consumer-friendly e-Commerce website.
