The United Kingdom has banned people travelling from Kenya from entering England starting April 9th to curb the spread of Covid-19.
Kenya is among the latest countries to be added to the UK's red list amid concerns about a new Covid-19 variant.
The ban will also affect travellers who have departed or transited through Kenya, Philipines, Bangladesh and Pakistan in the previous 10 days.
Only British and Irish citizens or residents will be allowed to enter from the listed countries.
Other countries on the UK's red list include; Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uruguay, Burundi, Brazil, Rwanda, Ethiopia Angola, Argentina, Botswana, Cape Verde Chile and Colombia.
