South Mugirango Member of Parliament Silvanus Osoro and Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala are in police custody after they surrendered to the police over the chaos that erupted in the recent by-elections in various parts of the country.
Osoro was wanted over the Kiamokama by-election chaos as he had been on the run since Thursday when the chaos occurred.
He eventually availed himself at the Kisii Divisional Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) headquarters, accompanied by
his lawyers Alice Wahome, Gladys Shollei and Wilkins Ochoki.
Senator Malala surrendered to police at the Kakamega DCI offices in response to summons over Matungu by-election chaos.
Both legislators are set to be arraigned in court.
