Tourism Cabinet Secretary Najib Balala has said that both domestic and international tourists in the country have upto March 29, 2021 to travel back to their homes.
Tourists on transit into the country with plans of visiting sites outside Nairobi until Monday mid-day or after which they risk being confined in the capital.

The Ministry said, “Restaurants and eateries in Nairobi, Machakos, Kajiado, Kiambu and Nakuru to provide takeaway services only from 27th March 2021. Eateries and restaurants in the other 42 counties shall continue as is, strictly adhering to Ministry of Health guidelines.”
