Following a court order, clinical officers have called off their strike after 70 days.
Through Justice Maureen Onyango, the Labour Court issued an order requiring the clinical officers to resume work immediately.
In a press conference on Tuesday, the Kenya Union of Clinical officers (KUCO)chairman Peter Wachira directed all members to report back to work.
However, the clinicians pointed out that the issues that forced them to down their tools are still unresolved.
Wachira said, "We left work because the working environment was not safe. As we go back we know we are going to suffer because nothing has changed. We urge members not to work in an environment where you know the environment is not safe."
