Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Chief Executive Officer Nancy Macharia has announced that the commission will be rolling out CBC training targeting head teachers from regular schools and Special Needs Education (SNE) teachers.
At least two teachers from Grade 4 (regular and SNE) and two teachers from Grade 1-2 for CBC mathematics will also take part in the Sh1 billion training that kicks off countrywide.
“The commission intends to prepare teachers for eventual re-opening of schools through training, capacity building, sensitization and induction programmes,” said Dr Macharia.
The training schedule says that the sessions, which will be done both face to face and virtually, will end December 22.
