How DP Ruto sacrificed Rotich

Amaco insurance through an Italian insurer SACE actually insured the Kimwarer and Arror dams at 17.5% of the 63 billion total value. This was 15 times the standard industry rate, which is normally 1.5%.

Now you may ask why this was the case.

The Italians were not in this alone. They had a couple of mouths to feed. And the biggest mouth was you guessed it, Chief Hustler himself.

Remember when DCI did a Shs.4.2 Billion trace from Treasury to Italy to London and then to a small bank in Westlands? The Shs.4.2 Billion comprised 40% of the Shs.11 billion sent to the Italians. The revenue split was designed in a way that the Italians got 60% and Amaco owners received 40%.

Rotich approved these payments knowing who really was getting paid. It wasn't just the Italians, it was a Kenyan whose third name is Arap. And you never know if Rotich got a slice from it.

Now ask yourself why Amaco filed for bankruptcy in 2019. Were they really bankrupt? A whole insurance associated with a Deputy President going bust?
