NCBA has announced that M-Shwari services will be unavailable from Friday to Sunday for the system enhancement plans to be executed.
According to the agency, the maintenance will begin from 11.59pm on Friday until November 22 at 2.30pm.
During this period subscribers will be unable to access the platform's various crucial services.
NCBA said, "We will be conducting a planned system enhancement on our M-Shwari platform from Friday, during this period, all M-Shwari services will be unavailable."
M-Shwari is a mobile lending platform run by NCBA in partnership with Safaricom, Kenya's largest telecommunications service provider.
There have been several service interruption announcements by Safaricom in the last couple of months.
