Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) taskforce member Major (Rtd) General John Seii now claims that the final report has shocked them and Kenyans should know that many things were 'sneaked' into the document.
He says at no time in their countrywide town hall tours did Kenyans ask for the reintroduction of the position of Prime Minister and his two deputies.
