DCI arrests notorious fraudster at JKIA

Directorate of Criminal Investigation detectives arrested Patrick Olindo Aswani at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Saturday for fraudulent dealings in the business of selling vehicles. 

According to the DCI, Mr. Aswani fraudulently obtained money from several unsuspecting citizens, making them think that he could import vehicles on their behalf.

DCI boss George Kinoti revealed that several people in Nairobi are victims of Mr. Aswani's fraudulent activities as they have lost millions of shillings. 

"Individuals or Entities that could have fallen victim of his fraudulent activities are requested to get in touch with the Regional Criminal Investigations office." Kinoti said 

DCI has been keen on these fraudulent activities as it arrested another fraud suspect, Innocent Oundo Sillingi at JKIA before flying to Dubai three weeks prior to to  Aswani's arrest. 

The DCI reported that Mr Sillingi was a scam suspect believed to have swindled Kenyans of more than Sh10 million.
